Adrienne Kendall – Founder & CEO
Adrienne is the driving force behind Joint Property Match, with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the real estate world—buying, building, managing, and investing in properties across BC and Alberta. While not a licensed realtor, Adrienne has developed a deep understanding of the industry by working side-by-side with trusted professionals, overseeing projects from concept to completion, and helping others navigate the complexities of property ownership.
Her journey has been shaped not just by professional experience, but by personal resilience. After surviving multiple vehicle accidents and overcoming significant life challenges, Adrienne brings a unique empathy and determination to her work. She understands, firsthand, how quickly life can change—and how important stability, security, and community are to our sense of home.
Adrienne founded Joint Property Match with a clear mission: to make homeownership accessible, affordable, and meaningful for everyone. In today’s market, owning a home is increasingly difficult—not just for those facing barriers, but for anyone looking to save money, build equity, create community, or age in place with dignity. With 20+ years of experience, Nimi Chauhan is a trusted mediator and conflict resolution expert, known for her compassionate, trauma-informed approach to some of society’s most sensitive issues. As part of Joint Property Match, Nimi specializes in helping co-owners and shared housing partners communicate clearly, resolve disputes, and build lasting, harmonious relationships.
